With the REELOQ Smartphone Adapter, you connect your REELOQ system to your smartphone. The REELOQ PRO already comes with one adapter; a second one gives you the freedom to be even more flexible.

GOOD TO KNOW
*Fits any case: The adapter simply slips into your existing phone case. Important: the case should be closed at the bottom so the adapter stays securely in place (see product images).
The phone case is not included.
The REELOQ system is suitable for all common mobile phone models. The maximum phone dimensions, including the case, are . To connect the phone to the REELOQ system, the supplied adapter is simply inserted into your existing phone case.
Should your phone exceed in height, fully closing the pouch might be difficult. Nevertheless, the REELOQ system remains fully functional, and your smartphone will still be securely fastened.
For larger phones, we also recommend our Winter Phone Pouch or Summer Phone Pouch.
FAQ
Every order placed before midnight is usually shipped the next business day from our warehouse in Styria. The delivery time is:
- Austria: 1–3 business days
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–6 business days
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Styria and is handed over to the shipping provider, we automatically send you a shipping confirmation by email. It contains your personal tracking link, with which you can follow your parcel's journey live at any time.
Tip: Please also take a quick look in your spam folder in case the email doesn't land directly in your inbox.
You have a 100-day right of return with us. The condition is that the product is complete and undamaged. As soon as your parcel has arrived back with us, we will refund the returned items immediately.
