Generally
1. The organizer of the competition is REELOQ GmbH, Brockmanngasse 6, 8010 Graz, Austria, email: support@reeloq.com, hereinafter referred to as the operator or organizer.
2. Participation in the competition is free of charge and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions. Participation is possible independently of the purchase of any goods or services. Participation by any means other than those described in these terms and conditions is not permitted.
How the competitions work
1. The competition runs from October 27, 2025, 11:15 a.m. to December 30, 2025 , 12:00 p.m. Users have the opportunity to participate in the competition during this period. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered in the draw.

1. To participate in the competition, you must subscribe to the REELOQ newsletter.
2. Double participation is not possible and is considered a violation of the terms and conditions of participation.
Prize, notification and delivery of the prize
1. The following prizes will be awarded: 1x REELOQ Pro 360°.
2. The winner will be determined after the closing date for entries by means of a random draw from among all participants. If the competition involves a task, only those participants who have correctly completed the task will be entered into the draw.
3. The winners of the raffle will be informed of their prize via email within 7 working days.
4. The prize will be awarded exclusively to the winner. Exchanges, self-collection, and cash payments of the prize are not possible.
5. The operator will cover any costs that may arise for shipping the prizes. Any additional costs associated with claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner. The winner is also responsible for any applicable taxes on the prize.
6. If the winner does not respond within a period of 2 weeks after being contacted twice, the prize may be transferred to another participant.
Eligible participants
1. Natural persons residing in the EU and aged 18 or over are eligible to participate.
2. If a participant's legal capacity is restricted, the consent of their legal representative is required.
3. The following are not eligible to participate in the competition: all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition, employees of the operator, and their family members. Furthermore, the operator reserves the right to exclude individuals from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, for example...
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or the conduct of the prize draw, (b) in the event of breaches of these terms and conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair conduct or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the prize draw.
End of the competition
1. The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the competition without prior notice and without stating reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.
Applicable law
1. Questions or complaints relating to the competition should be directed to the operator. Contact options: support@reeloq.com.
2. This competition is subject to the laws of the Republic of Austria. Legal recourse is excluded.
Severability clause
1. Should any provision of these terms and conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions of participation shall not be affected.
