REELOQ® is an Austrian and patented innovation, which is made of high quality materials only.

- The case is made of robust polycarbonate and is extremely light, weighing only 137g (REELOQ) resp. 110g (REELOQ PRO).
- The rope is 63cm (REELOQ) resp. 85cm (REELOQ PRO) long, and made of high-quality Dyneema®.
- The outer part of the phone pouch is made of water-repellent Cordura® nylon. On the inside, a soft lining provides maximum protection.

The REELOQ system works with any smartphone - you just need a phone case into which the adapter can be inserted. (see mounting instructions↑).

Please note the max. dimensions of the phone pouch: 16 x 9 cm.
The width is the "critical size", for the height a few millimeters more are no problem. Closing the smartphone pouch does not work perfectly for phones bigger than 16,5 cm. Apart from that, the REELOQ can be used without any problems and the protection is fully given.

It is important that the mobile phone case is closed at the bottom, but there should be an opening at the charging socket. The loop of the adapter is threaded through here. In this video you can see this at minute 0:19.

The smartphone adapter is inserted into the mobile phone case and threaded through the opening by the charging socket. The rope can then be connected to the adapter. In this video you can see this at minute 0:19

This is usually possible. If not, you can just take the adapter out of the phone case to charge the phone and insert it again afterwards.

You can mount the REELOQ with the included carabiner on your belt loop and put the phone in the pocket of your jacket or trousers. You can also use our Alligator Clip or Molle Clip.

When you issue a drop-off authorisation to the shipping service provider, you acknowledge that the shipment is thus deemed to have been delivered. Liability for damage that occurs after delivery is therefore excluded. Furthermore, a claim for damages is not possible and we cannot refund you any money if you did not receive the parcel.

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs.
If you send the package "cash on delivery" to us, remember that we are entitled to charge you with the costs we may incur.

Returns have to be sent to the address mentioned above. If you send your return to a different address (e.g. one of our warehouses), we will have to deduct 3€ from your refund.

If you do not use our label, we are entitled to charge you with any customs charges we may incur.
