Please note: For phones taller than 17.5 cm, the pouch may not fully close. However, your smartphone remains securely attached and the REELOQ system stays fully functional.
The phone case is not included.
The REELOQ system is suitable for all common mobile phone models. The maximum phone dimensions, including the case, are . To connect the phone to the REELOQ system, the supplied adapter is simply inserted into your existing phone case.
Should your phone exceed in height, fully closing the pouch might be difficult. Nevertheless, the REELOQ system remains fully functional, and your smartphone will still be securely fastened.
For larger phones, we also recommend our Winter Phone Pouch or Summer Phone Pouch.

Place the smartphone adapter into the phone case and put the phone back into the case.
CONNECT WITH REELOQ
Connect the smartphone adapter to the small carabiner (S-carabiner) of the REELOQ system.
Mounting a mobile phone case
Attach the phone pouch at the desired position on your backpack strap using the supplied hook-and-loop fastener.
Attach REELOQ & secure your phone
Now attach the REELOQ to your backpack strap using the Velcro fastener above the cell phone pocket and store the cell phone in the cell phone pocket.

The REELOQ system works with every smartphone – all you need is a normal phone case into which our adapter is inserted.
The following dimensions apply to our standard phone bag:
- Width: maximum 9 cm (the critical factor!)
- Height: maximum 17 cm (up to 17.5 cm the bag can usually still be closed)
Is your smartphone larger? No problem! For larger smartphones (such as Plus or Pro Max models) we recommend our REELOQ Large Phone Bag.
The REELOQ adapter can stay in your phone case permanently – it gets in the way neither when charging nor in everyday use, even when the securing system is not currently being used.
- 360° version: Maximum flexibility – ideal if you take a lot of photos from all angles.
- Strap version: Firmer and more stable hold – perfect for fixed mounting on the backpack strap.
Both variants are equipped with the proven FLEXLOCK® securing system.

Every order placed before midnight is usually shipped the next business day from our warehouse in Styria. The delivery time is:

- Germany: 2–4 business days

You have a 100-day right of return with us. The condition is that the product is complete and undamaged. As soon as your parcel has arrived back with us, we will refund the returned items immediately.
