You can return your order to us within 100 days. Please note that you bear the shipping costs.

Here's how it works:

1. Pack the (unused) products

2. Send the package to the following address:

Please also include your order number so we can reliably match the package. (you'll find it in your order confirmation email) → Keep the postal receipt until the return has been fully processed.

3. We will refund the purchase price as soon as your package has arrived and your return has been processed. Please allow us a few days for this.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns must be sent to the address stated above. If returns are sent to a different address, we will charge you €3 for return processing. If you send the package "cash on delivery", we reserve the right to charge you for the costs we incur. (The enclosed slip is not a return label!)
