Difference
The two versions differ only in the back of the REELOQ system.
The REELOQ PRO phone securing system without pouch can be combined with any REELOQ phone pouch or used entirely without one. With the REELOQ PRO, your smartphone is always within reach on the go while staying safely protected, whether hiking, traveling, or working at height. No dropping, no searching, no risk.
FLEXIBLE MOUNTING
- Attach it anywhere: With the included carabiner, you can mount your REELOQ to your climbing harness, ski jacket, or belt loop, for example.
- With or without a pouch: Combine it with any REELOQ phone pouch, the REELOQ Magnet Mount (Paragliding), or use it directly without a pouch.
SECURE & WITHIN REACH
- FLEXLOCK® mechanism: The REELOQ PRO locks at any point across 8 levels, for a secure hold with no snapping back or dangling.
- Fits any case: The included smartphone adapter fits into any existing phone case, so you don't need to buy an extra one.
The phone pouch and phone case are not included.
The REELOQ system is suitable for all common mobile phone models. The maximum phone dimensions, including the case, are . To connect the phone to the REELOQ system, the supplied adapter is simply inserted into your existing phone case.
Should your phone exceed in height, fully closing the pouch might be difficult. Nevertheless, the REELOQ system remains fully functional, and your smartphone will still be securely fastened.
For larger phones, we also recommend our Winter Phone Pouch or Summer Phone Pouch.

Connect the smartphone adapter to the small carabiner (S-carabiner) of the REELOQ system.
Attach REELOQ & secure your phone
Now attach the REELOQ with the hook-and-loop fastener.
FAQ
The REELOQ system works with any smartphone – all you need is a regular phone case, into which our adapter is inserted.
The following dimensions apply to our standard phone pouch:
- Width: maximum 9 cm (the critical factor!)
- Height: maximum 17 cm (up to 17.5 cm the pouch can usually still be closed)
Is your smartphone larger? No problem! For larger smartphones (such as Plus or Pro Max models) we recommend our REELOQ Large Phone Pouch.
The REELOQ adapter can stay in the phone case permanently – it doesn't get in the way when charging or in everyday use, even when the securing system isn't currently being used.
- 360° version: Maximum flexibility – ideal if you take a lot of photos from all angles.
- Strap version: Firmer and more stable hold – perfect for fixed mounting on the backpack strap.
Both variants are equipped with the proven FLEXLOCK® securing system.
