The rope is 62cm long.

The cable pull only locks when the rope is fully extended. To retract the rope, you also have to pull it once.

If the cable pull does not lock, please try to pull the rope strongly at different speeds and angles. If the cable pull still does not work, please send us an email to support@reeloq.com and ideally send us a photo/video of the problem - thank you!
The REELOQ system works with any smartphone - you just need a phone case into which the adapter can be inserted. (see mounting instructions↑).

However, please note the dimensions of the phone pouch: height: 16cm & width: 9cm.
Your phone should therefore not be bigger than these measurements.

Ordering & Shipping

As soon as your order is being shipped, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking link.

If you can't track your package with this number, try again after a few hours, as the parcel service needs time to activate it.
-Austria, Germany & Luxembourg: free shipping for orders over 30€, otherwise 4,90€ shipping costs

-Switzerland: free shipping for orders over 30 CHF, otherwise 5 CHF shipping costs

-Belgium, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden: 4,90€ shipping costs, free shipping for orders over 80€ 

-Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Romania: 6,90€ shipping costs, free shipping for orders over 80€

Exchanges & Returns

You can return your order within 30 days. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs.
If you send the package "cash on delivery" to us, remember that we are entitled to charge you with the costs we may incur.

This is how it works:

2. Send the package to the following address

Please include your order number, so that we can reliably assign the package. (you will find it in the order confirmation email).

→ Please keep the receipt until the return has been processed. 

3. We will refund the purchase price immediately,
as soon as your package has arrived & your return has been processed.
