Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes or has taken possession of the goods;

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier. We would also like to point out that we can only grant a full refund if the product is in perfect condition, so that a resale of the product is possible. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refund only partial amounts.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

In the case of quantity discounts, all items covered by the discount must be returned; otherwise, the original value of the items not returned will be deducted from any refund.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

If you send the package to us cash on delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs from any refund.

Returns from Switzerland must be sent with a return label provided by us. If the package is sent to us without our return label, we reserve the right to deduct any customs charges or similar costs from any refund.

Returns must be sent to the address stated above. If returns are sent to a different address (e.g. a warehouse in Germany), we will deduct €3 for return processing from any refund.

Withdrawal via the electronic withdrawal function (withdrawal button)

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal electronically via our website by using the “Withdraw from contract” button provided there and completing the corresponding online form. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal, including the date and time.
